Facilities

Facilities at the Airport although small and basic, are at international standard. The airport is capable of holding a significant number of passengers each year, and the runway is compatible with a number of different aircrafts.

There is essentially one terminal, divided into two sections to cater for international and domestic flights.

There is a passenger lounge, visa on arrival facilities, and a large car parking area. They also provide an airport shuttle bus for a fee. Airport taxi’s are also available.

Visa On Arrival

Many countries are eligible for a 30 day visa-free entry to Indonesia. For the list of countries click here.

Airport Taxis and Transfers

Once you land in Lombok you will need to get to your specific destination. If you are going to Mataram or Senggigi, DAMRI offers an airport shuttle bus to these locations for a set fee.

If you are going to other locations, or do not want to use the bus service, airport taxi’s are available (metered).

Depending on where you are staying, you may be able to organise airport transfers with your hotel. Contact your hotel for more information.

How Long from Lombok Airport To…

Lombok International Airport is far from some popular destinations in Lombok. The closest ‘tourist destination’ to the airport would have to be Kuta. The following list should give you an approximate guide:

Kuta: 25 minutes

Senggigi: 1.5 hrs

Mataram: 1.5 hrs

Gili Islands: Approx. 2 hrs (Approx. 1 hr and 45 minutes to get to the harbour, e.g. Teluk Kode, and then 15 minutes on a speedboat).
