There’s something about smoothie bowls… if you haven’t had one then there’s an excellent chance you’ll love them and if you have had them, then you know what I’m talking about. Trust me, even Chris was convinced once he tasted mine! Delicious, healthy and filling… all in one bowl. Although they’re not exactly ‘Balinese’ food, Bali certainly know’s how to do them well. So I thought I’d let you know where I’ve had the very best smoothie bowls in Bali.
Smoothie Bowls In Bali
Cafe Organic
Cafe Organic is a delicious vegetarian cafe in Seminyak, and trust me, you don’t need to be vegetarian to enjoy. Their smoothie bowls are full of substance with nuts, fruit and other good things throughout. But be warned, they look so pretty you may not want to ‘eat’ your creation.
Jalan Petitenget 99x Seminyak
7am – 4pm
Nalu Bowls
Self-proclaimed smoothie bowl shack, Nalu Bowls is smoothie bowl heaven. Sourced from local ingredients, and with 4 locations throughout Bali, it’s easy to get your smoothie bowl fix.
Shelter Cafe Jalan Drupadi 1 2A Seminyak | Single Fin Restaurant & Bar Uluwatu | Jalan Batu Mejan 88 Canggu | Milk & Madu Cafe Jalan Raya Pantai Berawa 52 Canggu

Betelnut Cafe
Betelnut Cafe serves up a range of delicious food, but their ‘Naga Bomb’ (think dragon fruit smoothie bowl) is a must try.
Jalan Batu Bolong 60 Canngu

Ruko
Ruko is a little cafe in Canggu offering locally sourced fresh healthy food… including absolutely delicious smoothie bowls. A great place for breakfast or lunch, and also not too far from the beach.
Jalan Pantai Berawa 99 Canggu
Everyday | 7.30 am – 4 pm
The Shady Shack
The Shady Shack is a vegetarian cafe in Canggu. It has plenty of seating but it draws the crowds. They have lot’s of delicious options here but the smoothie bowls are excellent.
Jalan Tanah Barak 57, Canggu
Everyday | 7.30 am – 10 pm
Beetroot Bali
On one of our last stays in Uluwatu, we stumbled across Beetroot Bali, a place I had never heard of, but had a strong feeling I would love. And love I did, as I sat there happily with their delicious smoothie bowls.
Jalan Labuhan Sait, Pecatu (near Padang Padang beach)
Open daily for breakfast & lunch
Nook
One of my favourite places to eat in Sanur, but Nook also has a stunning location in the rice fields in Seminyak. And yes, they do a fantastic smoothie bowl :)
Jalan Pantai Sindu, Sanur | Jalan Umalas 1, Gg Nook Nr. 1
Every day | 8 am – 11 pm
So now you know some of my favourite smoothie bowls in Bali, and I am always on a mission to find more :)

Hi Guys , great guys. Have you got any good suggestions for breakfast in Ubud?
meant to write great guides :P
Hi Victoria, to hear your comment means a lot :) For breakfast in Ubud we love Alchemy, Watercress, Locavore 2 Go. We haven’t tried Habitat but it looks great too.
Definitely the best bowls we found: on Nusa Lembongan, Tropical Juice Corner just around the corner from Dream Beach. Awesome place and only 45k for a bowl!
Hi Jana! Thanks for the comment, next time we head to Nusa Lembongan we will have to head there ;)
